「The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but...

「The King room was simple but very comfortable. The room was clean and well-arranged, with enough space for our luggage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again for a quick trip.」

「Most people would tell you to stay away from Downtown LA as much as possible, which is kinda true if you want to stay away from most of the homeless people. I remember I had a night where a concert ended in LA LIVE and the area was packed with participants and homeless people. The next day you can see and smell vomit and piss basically everywhere near the hotel. The room is comfortable for a 3-star hotel but I am on the side that they can improve their hygienic level. 「We have added on an upgrade to the lounge access and I think it is pretty worth of the money. Room are beautiful and have beautiful views on the 62 floor. Free breakfast has limited choices but food quality is overall good. 」
