Our experience at this hotel was mixed. While several staff members were friendly, polite, and genuinely tried to be accommodating regarding our room, our interaction with the front desk knot sure if it’s the manager was very disappointing.
When we arrived early and were clearly exhausted, we politely asked if we could sit in the lobby for a short time and if check-in processing could begin. Instead of offering any flexibility or empathy, the manager rudely told us to go to the mall. We were not allowed to remain in the lobby, even briefly, despite having nowhere else to go at the time.
Once we were finally in the room, we encountered additional issues. The microwave was not working, and the TV was also not functioning. These basic amenities are expected, especially after a long day of travel.
I want to acknowledge that other staff the night staff members were kind and helpful, which made the experience slightly better. However, the lack of professionalism and empathy from management, combined with the room maintenance issues, significantly affected our stay. I hope hotel leadership addresses both customer service and facility maintenance moving forward.
