Food was great, the staff was great, no bell hop or assistance with luggage, the rooms, bathrooms, buses are very out dated. But would not recommend unless you want a castle experience.

I booked this hotel because of the multiple hot tubs that they listed. I even called the property before booking to make sure that the hot tubs were in working condition. Front desk lady was so sweet! Great area. Not as loud as what others said(I'm from NY tho lol) . Conveniently located. Can get cold at night. Well worth it!
