The area during the day is nice but at night it’s not a safe area, all you pay for is the view but the hotel can use lots of remodeling, for the price they charge I’m sure they could afford some renovations.

The location was awesome. The morning office staff was so friendly and helpful with the exception of a older lady in the office she was so rude to us. But we loved our stay there. The only thing was the parking was pretty pricey.

The room was great, location right on the beach. Walkable and accessible. They have beach items you can use and a fully stocked kitchen! The only downside is a lack of AC. Hard to sleep during a heat wave, even with windows open. But they did have a ceiling fan and standup fan which helped.

Venice Suites was an absolute gem. The room was clean and exactly perfect for 2 people. My daughter and I had absolutely no problems. Check in was easy, the beach was right out the front steps and within walking distance to everything. This is an older hotel but exactly why I love Venice, the roof top was a great place to see the sunset and relax, next time we visit our friends and family in California, we will stay here again!!

Right on the beach walk with vendors and activities and beach right there. No AC, but ocean vicinity keeps temperature nice and no need for the AC, went there in August.
