Great ocean location. People were were in guest service mode. Restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner.

The room is very clean. But the washing room was broken, it was hard to push to open. The env is beautiful.

fantastic facility. amazing view. The front staff was very nice. I love the space in the room. There are a lot of dinning options. The coffee shop was great also. The reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that the bed was too soft and not comfortable. Also, the trash can was not emptied when we first checked into the room. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will consider going back to the resort.

The staff was amazing! Eveyone was so friendly and nice. From the front desk check in to the restaurants. Great service! The resort is stunning and did not disappoint. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book a longer stay. We will definitely be back soon.

Went here for local staycation. Awesome place didn’t realize they had holiday event and it turned out perfect for children. Expedia always gives the worst rooms when booking but the hotel was able to provide us for what we paid for. It was great. The staff was amazing starting from parking to vallet, bell desk and front desk everyone was the kindest.

Staff acknowledged anniversary at check in but no gift was sent to room. Room out dated for the price. Did not expect an “ocean view” room to be facing the resort pool, which was really loud.
