Easy check in / out all done online. I had some questions about parking, they replied to my message with in minutes and were very helpful. Room was clean with a kitchenette which was lovely. There was a record player but no records to play. Great location for us to walk to the Palladium.

The property was very clean, nice and quiet. Also in a great location! Only issue I had was my door code to my room didn’t work a few times, but I called and they resolved the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again on my next trip!

Fue una experiencia agradable, el anfitrión fue muy atento y amable siempre desde antes de nuestra llegada y aun después del check-out. Solo tuvimos el inconveniente de que el huésped de la habitación de arriba alrededor de las 9 pm comenzaba a hacer cosas, sus pisadas eran demasiado fuertes y encendía la máquina de lavado muy tarde. Our check-in was a little rough as we requested early check-in. But it was accommodated well. Memorize the front door and room access codes for a smoother experience. Rooms are clean and efficient, with a fully equipped kitchen. Even had a washer, dryer and dishwasher! Good stay and would certainly recommend Fenix Hollywood to others.

It was a really good location, even though you are near a lot of very busy places in Hollywood, the street is very quiet and it feels very safe. You can walk to a lot of attractions and you have grocery stores, stores and pharmacies within walking distance. The room was very good, claen, bed super comfortable and the washer/dryer in the room was a plus. I would only wish there was a fitness facility but other than that everything was good.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. At first, we thought it was a bit pricey, but given the location, parking was available (at a reasonable cost) and all the amenities such as a gym, a pool and an in-unit washer and dryer, it turned out to be a really sweet deal! We were walking distance from Hollywood Blvd and not far at all from Sunset Blvd and other famous streets in Hollywood. Having a kitchen and a porch were also some of the perks. Lastly, we appreciated the ear plugs that were provided in the main room because they definitely came in handy. We are city people so we're used to the noise but it was still a lovely touch.

The room, bathroom, and amenities were exactly as described and very clean. Easy to book and check-in and parking was an added benefit. The top floor outdoor deck and pool are a nice added benefit that alot of the local apt/hotels don't have.
