"This resort is absolutely stunning. I understand why they call themselves The Icon. The property is so grand and luxurious and in great location. We had the pleasure of staying at Paradisus Cancún in the second week of May for our anniversary. Our concierge Javier (Javo) was professional and friendly and took excellent care of us. He arranged dinner reservations, secured pool-side day beds and recommended activities daily. The service from ALL the staff was top notch. Our room at The Reserve exceeded our expectations and the view was perfect. We were sad to leave but will be back! Thank you! "
