"Food was good but the hotel room we stayed is really outdated. Especially the washroom. It needs a lot of renovation. The shower takes a lot of time to warm up and once you turn it to hot, it will not go back to cold water even if you turn the knob. The washroom doesn’t look like they clean it that much. The small pool on the side needs some renovation as well. It is dar from the photos they post online or on their website. Their nightly shows needs more improvement as well."

"Very close to the city very loud there’s Small buffet over all I stayed mostly Riu I’m not impressed by it comparing to the other views, I was expecting this to be much more up-to-date. Not going back for sure "

"Just wanted to say we stayed in this resort last week for 4 nights and 5 days and the full stay was just WOW… The resort was wonderful, buffet restaurants- food was really good, all the staffs were very friendly and always available if needed, we had extra dinner restaurants which we could try, kids outdoor play area, indoor play area, kids water parks and our pool and the beach - was just awesome .. Only few things to share 1. Don’t book taxy via the resort -3 times expensive, get uber from airport -17 min drive from airport 2. Get usd or pesos for tip and other purposes"

"Everything was great. All the staff from every area were so nice. They make you feel welcome as soon as you get there. I would like to mention Esteban aka “speedy” his help and service was amazing. Also, at the pool bar Eduardo gave us an amazing experience, he is one the best bartenders we have ever met. We would be back soon for sure. "

"Great resort and beach view from the balcony. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was thorough. Food was good. Somethings were amazing and some things I was a little disappointed. Overall, it was good the buffet had a huge selection. I liked that we didn’t have to make a reservation and it was first come first served. We would put our name down and then go get a drink to wait for our table. Only had to wait like 45 minutes, which is fine when you’re having a drink elsewhere. Restaurants were excellent. Pool area was great, however I wish there was a swim up bar. Entertainment staff was beyond excellent: shoutout to Emmanuel - he was a rockstar and exceeded our expectations! A designated smoking area on the resort somewhere would be nice. Overall our stay was amazing and we’d go there again. Emmanuel was a selling point for us! "

"I paud for ocean view room and I received room with a view on the roof of the building . I talk ti the manager but he didn't help me . Disappointed. Windows in my room were in terrible conditions I could hear wind blowing through them ehich makes room humid and uncomfortable 😳 "
