"We enjoyed our stay here. It started off a bit rough with the first day being put in a room where there was construction over top. We quickly went and talked to the front desk and they were unable to move us until the next day. We spent the day by the pool and checked back to the lobby a few times to see when we could move into our new room so we could settle in we were only there for six days. They were able to finally move us in a room at 6 PM. Upon arrival, there was a strong scent of chemical that was overpowering. We unpacked and went for supper and notified the front desk. The maintenance came up and agreed that the room had a strong scent of chemical, and we needed to move once again. Went to the front desk got her new keys and moved to our new room at 10 PM on our second day. from there the vacation started to improve. We are VIP members of Expedia and we’re supposed to get a bottle of wine but this Hotel didn’t know anything about it and we did not receive that. The staff in all of the restaurants and all other areas were amazing. Our housekeeping crew kept our room clean and stopped at all times. The property itself is fairly clean although when it’s at 100% capacity, there are a few chairs short. We had to get up at 7 AM to save a good chair by the pool. The food was delicious although I felt was limited as we did not see a buffet for supper. The à la carte restaurants were available at no reservations so often had to wait but the food was always good. "

"Ocean views from all rooms. Beautiful building in old style. 2 very upscale restaurants (quite expensive) Large comfortable rooms. Excellent service at pool and beach. Great breakfast and lunch options. "

"The ocean was certainly visible from my room. There are 4 pools, one for Elite members only. Sometimes there were planned activities in them like exercise classes and water polo."

"The main negative aspect of our stay was a serious safety issue. The hotel provided a crib for my daughter that broke in the middle of the night. Fortunately, she was not hurt, but the situation was very frightening for her and for us. After the incident, she became scared to sleep in the replacement crib, and we were also worried about the possibility of something similar happening again. The hotel staff did respond the next day with a visit, offered medical assistance, and provided some gestures to try to make the situation right, which we appreciated. However, it raises concerns about how something like this could happen in the first place. Either there is a lack of quality control over the cribs provided to guests, or there are gaps in the hotel’s internal safety processes. Had we been a bit less fortunate, or if the child had been younger, the outcome could have been much worse. Another downside is that the hotel is very strict about not allowing guests to take food to their rooms. Since room service can take 45 min to arrive, this policy can be inconvenient when traveling with young children. We also had an issue with the bathroom being clogged. Maintenance came to fix it while we were out, but unfortunately they left the bathroom in a very poor state, with an awful smell. Even the cleaner couldn’t believe how their employee could have left it like that. I would like to highlight the staff who work very hard and try their best to assist guests."

"We bought the “All Inclusive” which turned out not to be unless you upgraded to the highest level, which was a significant increase in cost. Our All-Inclusive gave you access to about a third of the bars and restaurants, which we should have been made aware of upfront. The staff was great, very helpful, and friendly. The Emergency 24-hour medical folks never answered their door when we rang the bell and knocked. Had a significant laceration and couldn’t get it taken care of. The food was so-so and one of us got food poisoning from an outdoor grill location. One of two very small elevators didn’t work in our building and we were on the 6th floor, to say we got our steps in is an understatement. We won’t be back. "

"We stayed 2/21/26-3/1/26 in an enclave beachfront room. Pros: staff/servers were friendly and attentive; steakhouse - filet cuts as good as home /salmon was excellent: top shelf liquor in Enclave bar in lobby area. Wrist bracelet used to open rooms and refrigerator stocked daily with water, juice, beer. You did not need cards for pool towels - if you went to get chairs at pool with or without umbrellas were always available up to 9:30. Entertainment was frequent. Cons: Buffet: only place for breakfast was the buffet and it was a cluster....omlet/egg stations (2) had at least 10 or more waiting each day (we ate anywhere from 8-10am); kids running around and touching bread slices, picking up food and leaving, shared serving utensils were shared between multiple places and often laying in the dishes, limited egg choices, empty bacon dishes with lines of people waiting for someone to refill. Enclave pool area: groups of 5 or more children (younger than 9 yo) on 2 different days taking over small pools - holding younger kids heads under water while they grasped to surface. Disrespectful to adults when asked to leave pool area because there was NO adult supervision and saying I'm gonna get my dad! Never saw any staff monitor bracelets and who sb in Enclave area. Waiters mostly just hung with bartender in the shade and we walked to bar to get drinks. Room service took 1 hour 30 minutes. Food trays outside of room were everywhere and not picked up timely. "
