"We had a good stay. This is a basic all inclusive stay. Not a lot to do but the entertainment group worked very hard to get people involved and to make it fun. "

"Staff was not very friendly and attentive. Outdoor pool had very little amount of loungers compared to how big the resort is, they also kept running out of clean towels. And they also kept running out of certain items. The coffee bar never seemed to have the items they needed to make cold coffee even though it was on the menu. Just very bad staff. Spend your money elsewhere. There’s plenty of other resorts to choose from. Horrible place. Resort is also old and not taken very good care of."

"Overall a beautiful hotel. Food was pretty good especially breakfast. We would have hoped for better night activities and more space at the pool areas."

"They need more help at check-in especially when there are large crowds coming in. Too long of lines. I also do not care for the way they book reservations for specialty restaurants! Only one a day- again with really long lines! Get to be your turn and they’re out of reservations and won’t let you book for the next day! Nice hotel but too many hassles-spend too much time in lines!"
