「Really nice all inclusive hotel, we stayed in the Reserve adults only area and it was nice and peaceful. Daniela (our concierge) was super nice and helpful. We came for our honeymoon, and it was nice! Our room took some time to get ready, but once we were all settled in everything was nice. No one seemed to be expecting tips, but the service was good enough that they deserved it anyways. The onsite restaurants are good, however the food upgrades are quite expensive.」
