"The staff were very kind and accommodating, some things are a little outdated, the handle on our shower fell off but it was still useable. Lots of people use the towels to “save seats” at the pool but if ur willing to be confrontational you can get around that lol. 4/5 stars it could benefit from some updates and a map, some amenities were tucked away in corners almost hidden and we had to ask where to find them"

"HAD I VIEW OF THE BEACH AND OVER LOOKED THE POOLS. THE BUFFET MEALS WERE OK BUT NOTHING SPECTACULAR. THE DRINKS FROM THE BAR WERE GOOD. AC WORKED FINE. THE CONCIERGE DESK WAS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. WOULD ESPECIALLY LIKE TO THANK BELINDA AND JOSUE FOR THEIR HELP. I NEEDED SOMETHING ON LINE AND THEY DID A LOT OF SEARCHING ONLINE PLUS PHONING TO FIND WHERE I COULD GET IT, AND FOUND AFFORDABLE TRANSPORTATION WITH A TRANSLATOR . THE AD SAYS THERE IS A HOT TUB AND THERE IS INSIDE THE SPA AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE IT. BE SURE TO PRINT OUT YOUR AIRPORT TO RESORT INFO IN CASE OF MISSED OR DELAYED FLIGHT BECAUSE DRIVERS WILL ONLY WAIT SO LONG BEFORE LEAVING AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR PICK UP EVEN IF YOU ARE LATE. SITTING ON THE BALCONY THERE IS A STRONG OCEAN BREEZE THAT IS NICE. AN OUTSIDE LIGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE SO I COULD SIT OUTSIDE AND READ. I KNOW I AM RAMBLING ON A LOT BUT I WAS ASKED TO SAY WHAT I LIKED AND DID NOT LIKE. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO JOIN A TIME SHARE AS THERE ARE A NUMBER OF SANDOS PROPERTIES WITH DIFFERENT THEMES OF WHAT TO DO. NO OBLIGATION TO TAKE THE TOUR. IF YOU PAY FOR A TOUR TO ANOTHER SITE SUCH AS TO TULUM ( I CANNOT SPELL WELL,) BE ADVISED THERE IS NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. THE BETTER RESTAURANTS ADMISSION IS DEPENDENT ON THE COLOR OF YOUR WRISTBAND WHICH IS ALSO YOUR ROOM KEY CARD. ALL IN ALL IT WAS AN OK STAY FOR ME."
