"Secrets was a great resort for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary. No kids really helped at the pool and speaking of cools, they have 3 great pools that are big and comfortable. The restaurants were DELICIOUS! especially the Sea Salt. The staff was super accommodating, friendly and helpful, which is always nice. I would highly recommend this for anyone!"

A special thank you to Salma, who made sure every element—from the big moments to the smallest touches—was handled perfectly for me and my family. As a welcome surprise, one of our rooms was upgraded upon arrival. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding. The staff regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were always one step ahead of our requests. One thing that really stood out: during our excursions, our family was the only group picked up and dropped off right at the hotel entrance—while other guests from nearby hotels had to cross busy streets. It made us feel genuinely cared for. The Casitas restaurant team deserves special praise. During dinner, my husband and I had a late-night craving for burgers—and even though it wasn’t on the dinner menu, they kindly let us order from the lunch menu. That kind of flexibility and warmth really impressed us. "I cannot say enough good things about the phenomenal staff!! They were friendly, warm and welcoming and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. Our bedding and towels were exchanged and our room cleaned every day and the wait staff and bartenders were absolutely fantastic!! "

"I loved there was something for everyone it was easy to get to not fsr from airport n easy access to get the bus to go to the shopping centers so many food chooses it is a big resort so its a lot of walking the entertainment is more on one side or main lobby area the down everything closes early pool i think was 7 nightlife 12.but overall a nice place.I would go back."
