"The room was kept spotless. From the very beginning, the staff was absolutely amazing when our luggage was collected to the pool staff. Thomas, Reyes, Entertainment staff Esteban, Ariel, Ileana, All the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Every staffer I passed had a smile and a greeting. Everyone was more than willing to help with anything we needed. If I have another return trip it will be to Fiesta American. Thank you for everything. "

"All of the staff at the Hard Rock Hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, but Jesus at the concierge desk truly stood out. He was consistently helpful, patient, and genuinely thoughtful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed throughout our stay. His warm attitude made everything easier and added an extra touch of comfort to our trip. We also tried several restaurants at the hotel, and Frida was by far the best. The food, atmosphere, and service there were on another level compared to the others. Overall, the whole team was wonderful, but Jesus was really a great one—someone who made our experience even better. We’re truly grateful for all his help!"
