"Pool was clean and there was fun activities for kids. Nice big rooms that were clean and well maintained. Food was pretty good all around. If you have a good sensitivity you need to let them know and you'll receive a card to show at the restaurant."

"The food was okay—not the best, but not terrible either. The rooms and overall hotel were very clean, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice that the waitstaff seemed more attentive to white American guests, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and unfortunately had issues with noise the entire time. I had two different sets of neighbors during my stay, and both were very loud at night. It made it difficult to fall asleep—I wasn’t able to rest until around 1 a.m. each night. This really affected my overall experience. To many kids at this hotel"

"We stayed there for 7 days The room was clean and they did room cleaning every day The staff was friendly The location was perfect and easy to transport from the resort and back What we like is the everyday event and the activity throughout the day was so nice we had a Michael Jackson show, karaoke nights and a dance show which was so beautiful The thing that we did not like about the resort was the food, I will rate the food from 3 out of 5 and they did use a special scents in the lobby which was very strong and made our allergy getting worse, I asked them to turn it off and they did for one day and reused it the next day which was really bothering they plugged them into the walls in the lobby area."
