"We had an absolutely amazing time. The vantage club was well worth the extra money. Everything was beautiful, the staff was absolutely great I didn’t want to go, so many fun activities, and the food was too die for!"

"The hotel is way better than my expectations!!! It is so luxurious, so refined, the service and staff are excellent! It's completely new, it was finished in November 2025. The pool and amenities were so good! The beach was kept clean. I loved thevrestaurants, especially the sushi Himitsu resto! I highly recommend!"

"Friendly staffing"

"Staff was nice. There needs to be upgrades asap! The pool is too small for such a big hotel! Jacuzzi was crowded! The food was not good! Need more authentic Mexican food. The showers were horrible, water coming out from everywhere. The one thing I did not appreciate was the presentations. I think if you stay at a hotel the least they can offer is discounts to activities. Here you were forced to go to a presentation and who does not like discounts. I understand the reason they do it. But they say it’s 1hr 30 min but that’s not including breakfast where they take advantage to talk sales! Then you have 3 people trying to convince when you clearly said no! That was stressful. That should not happen in the same hotel you stay in!! Horrible! Also when you check out you MUST leave your bracers they give you otherwise they will charge you for the time you have them. I had to leave the restaurant I was at because even though after I called the front desk to tell her I took all my stuff out but forgot to leave them(which any other hotel you sometimes don’t even turn them in) she said time would continue as if I was in there! Came back and they were cleaning the room! Never again here."

"Beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Wide variety of food options - all were excellent! Nightly entertainment was fun for all ages. The only negative thing I can say about this property is the beds are not comfortable. Besides that, 10+ Stars! Can’t wait to go back! "
