「I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the toilet was not properly cleaned, which is a fundamental hygiene issue for any accommodation. Furthermore, the bathroom design was highly impractical. I cannot comprehend why a bathtub was placed in a corner outside the bathroom. This not only felt awkward but also significantly reduced the usable space in the bathroom. Additionally, the sink was too small, leaving inadequate room for our toiletries. The...

「Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. 」

「We liked that it was clean and beautiful room was exactly what they said it was and the staff helped us when the remote to tv needed re added to tv so they sent the guy right up to fix it. Our only problem was no parking but that was our fault as at first when we rented here we didn’t have a car then last minute we rented car n they had no parking beside s that the place was so amazing. Beyond thankful for the staff n the hotel itself. 」

「Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!」
