"The Romer was a gorgeous, well designed hotel. The staff were brilliant and friendly on arrival and checkout. There was an issue with the aircon throughout our stay but we were compensated for this with no fuss at all which I was really grateful for. I’d love to return to The Romer and NYC!"

"Clean room weird location "

"Room was clean, I did the double, it was a small space but perfect for my stay. I liked the old school charm of the place but at the same time everything was well maintained and clean. Air conditioner worked totally fine my room actually got pretty chilly but it was easy to adjust so not an issue. Didn’t have a USB charging port in the room which I was a little surprised by but I was able to charge my phone by plugging it in to the tv so not an actual issue. Staff held my luggage even post checkout to give more time in the city without lugging around which was super nice. I’d stay here again."

"Great location, great staff, clean room, huge bed. Now for the bad. If you dont like city noise, select your room carefully. Windows definitely are not soundproof or even slightly noise reducing, street noise (sirens, horns, etc.) was prevalent all night, but hey, it is the city! Other issue is lack of elevators. Be prepared to wait! Overall though, excellent experience and great location just south of central park next to Columbus Circle and Carnegie Hall."

"The staff were excellent. However, the property was very rundown, even though we were in a newly renovated room. A lot of excess charges and taxes, and the icing on the cake was being charged $5.00 per each piece of luggage stored. This is a very busy part of town, so be prepared to wear noise canceling headphones at night."

"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Edison in NYC.The location adjacent to Times Square was efficient for shopping, and nice restaurants were nearby. The rooms were larger than standard, clean, and the bath with shower was comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Yes, we would stay there again!"

"Parking!!!! Probably the most reliable parking in Manhattan super easy super friendly valet! Cost was not horrible honestly. Great building super nice super nice room. What a hotel! Only problem was slow elevators but hotel says they are modernizing it. Will 100% come back to this hotel one day"
