I am writing this review after one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had while staying at a hotel. During my recent visit to [Hotel Name], I was subjected to disrespectful, racist comments by a member of the hotel staff. Not only were the remarks deeply offensive and unprovoked, but what made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability from hotel management.
When I reported the incident, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism and care, I was met with indifference. The management failed to take the complaint seriously, offered no apology, and did absolutely nothing to address the situation. I also contacted Expedia, the platform through which I booked the stay, but unfortunately, they were equally unhelpful and failed to resolve or escalate the issue.
Racism has no place in any environment—especially not in the hospitality industry, where guests should feel safe, respected, and welcomed. This experience left me feeling humiliated and unsafe. I urge others to be cautious before booking here. No one deserves to be treated the way I was.
