"The 6th floor is where my room was. The moment the elevator doors opened, there was a mildewy smell that should be looked into. One of the beds in my room had a lumpy mattress that clearly needs to be replaced. The phone and the midd night stand was dusty, it looked like it had not been wiped down in a long time, the carpet needs to be steamed cleaned and the AC was dusty. Staff was nice, relaxing environment for a quick get away "

"Citizens M is small and quaint. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Feel safe there as there is plenty of police walking or biking around the area. Very walkable. Very cool to see the Miami Heat arena right across the street. "
