「The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Its located near to all you need for shopping and dining. The unit is comfortable and was cleaned well with everything you needed for a good stay. I definitely recommend and will look into staying again. 」

「The property is way out of maintenance with very poor quality on everything from bedding, bathroom and kitchen. The accommodation is more like a motel. I would never stay in this place again. It a shame for Expedia to advertise this condo as a luxury, a very misleading and potential a fraud to lure the people to stay in this place. Very disappointed.」

「The location was excellent for my purpose. It is across the street from the beach but I was there for work. Unfortunately, the wifi in the building was not strong enough. The first night, I had to hot spot myself to get work done. I did reach out to both Expedia and the front desk. I was slightly stronger the second night, but not strong enough to get work done, so I just woke up early to go to the conference center to log-in. The unit itself is a private residence, so I totally understand why...

「We’re easy to get around the area.The Dania Beach only 5 minutes away. The place have everything you need for a small family vacation (we’re 4 off us).Definitely I will go back!」

「We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. 」

「It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

「We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was centrally located and super clean. I particularly liked having a washer and dryer after coming off a 6 day cruise. I would recommend this apartment.」
