「Clean room. Snack and wine basket also full of information about Ft. Lauderdale was a nice touch. Having a laundry was great as we were there a week. My only suggestion might be a sign in the laundry room asking guests to return beach toys/gear each evening so other guests can use them. For example, we used the boogie boards for a day, returned them, and then another guest grabbed them and kept them for the week. Other than that, we had an excellent time and will definitely stay here again!...

The property has lots of noises and they do not control the loud noises behavior of the suites above your room. Kitchen was very convenient. The cleaning the room was a disgrace. They said one cleaning a week, we had to fight to have 2 cleanings in 3 weeks.」

「The property is safe, good fire exits, and in safe-feeling neighborhoid. I stayed in a single room with kitchen at a small entrance and an attached bathroom - small bit complete. There is no sitting or "relaxing" seating furniture, but did have a small rolling folding table with short backless stools. Access to TV apps is quite limited, but okay if TV is not a source of meaningful activity. The kitchen has microwave, hot plate, small refrigerator/freezer, plates, glasses, eating and cooking...
