"Great little hotel with plenty of space if you book a one-bedroom apartment. It has everything you need - full kitchen, comfortable bed and sleeper bed, balcony, pool. It's also in a great location, close to everything and one block from the beach. The owner and staff have a sense of humor. My son and I stayed there, and we had a good time."

"Perfect place to just get away for the weekend. Room was clean and spacious. Not luxurious but had everything we needed. Including a kitchen with all necessary kitchen gadgets to cook if you wanted to stay in. The pool area is very nice with really pretty lights at nights around the property. Front desk was very friendly. We would definitely come back. "

"We stayed for 6 nights here at this wonderful place. My partner and I felt right at home from the first day on our vacation. Our host Lincoln was responsive, helpful, hospitable and warm. The manor is well designed with every amenity you need in the perfect location walking distance to the gayborhood strip but away enough for tranquility/peaceful sleep, with awesome views of the river and luxury apartments across, coconut trees, pool and trail. "Very nice place. Was here during the Ft Lauderdale Airshow which we didn’t know about until we got here. The Thunderbirds practiced and flew right by our building. Everything was fantastic except the shower water was too hot. We called front desk but the fix didn’t work. "

"Iguanas poop around pool could have been checked and cleaned more often. Not a big deal though. Staff was so friendly efficient and professional Cinnamon and the handsome slender guy in the office were extremely helpful. My biggest issue with Silver Seas is that it’s only available 1 of every 5 times a year I go to Ft Lauderdale. Good for you!!!"

"Dated but very clean units its a full 1 bed 1 bath condo really and full kitchen with new appliances and everything you need also fully furnished kitchen toaster coffee maker pots pans etc. Woth the money and just a 4 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. In the way to the beach or in tour way back plenty of little restaurants uce cream shops mini food marts etc. Also FREE parking.."

"It is very close to the beach. You have to drive for groceries and there is only two options for eating close by. The entry lock didn't work right and they said they would fix it but we didn't see any improvement over the week. It was really clean and worked well for us. I would definitely stay at Waves on Walnut again."
