"It’s always a great staying with them it very Close to Disney property which is the reason why we come down my only Complaint is every time we come there’s always somebody smoking marijuana on the property so at times That’s all you can smell But other than that the property is always been very neat very clean very nice staff"

"The hotel & the staff were great they room was very nice & beds were extremely comfortable. The only complaint is the shower the water pressure was the WORST & the shower wasn’t clean. It had brunette hair in the shower my mother has locks and my niece and I have braids and all of her hair is black. I would recommend that the cleaning staff clean them better & maybe for management to change the shower head out. "

"Check out could be easier, like email the charges and if you agree make.it so you don't have to stop by the front desk, wait 10 min in line with a toddler and luggage, just to tell me thank you "
