「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「The hotel was clean and most things seemed to have been updated pretty recently. Our room was very nice and conveniently located. We had no issues with parking or checking in/out. The pool area was the highlight of the stay, but the pool bar seemed to only be opened sporadically with no set schedule. My only two complaints are that at one point there was a couple who were arguing and making a huge scene, cursing, and screaming/crying… front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about...
