「The unit 6888 in Bayside was very outdated. The faucets did not fit in the sink, there was no full size fridge, no dishwasher, the Ned was very uncomfortable, the chairs in the dining area were missing cushions, the AC did not work well in both rooms at the same time, a shower has awkwardly been placed in a huge tub. There were no modern outlets, the kitchen had outdated appliances, the list goes on... It was apparent the owner had absolutely no concern for customers and was focused on money...

「The hotel knew we were arriving as three guests, but the sofa bed was not prepared. We had to get sheets from reception and make up the sofa bed ourselves because three people cannot sleep in one bed. Since there was no blanket for the sofa bed, we used the sheet we received as a cover. The next day, housekeeping took it away and did not leave a replacement, so we had to go to reception again. The reception staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested in guests. Problems were not properly...
