「I thought that the gym was outstanding. The amenities weren't as advertised. The bikes were never available, there was construction everywhere, nowhere to eat, no bars, restaurants, and no pool towels.」

「Three bedroomed cottage beautiful, spacious and clean. However it was a 15 minute walk to the hotel amenities, sunset walk etc which was too much for the 4yr old in nearly 100 degrees heat. So we ended up going to and fro to the pool, dining etc in the car all the time. Check in staff had no idea on WiFi password for our cottage and we had no Internet access for 2 days which was unacceptable. Our front door lock was broken on our second day and we were locked out, reception staff, one lady...

「Beach view was great, Deluxe room was not as advertised but we made it work. Bathroom had pedestal sink not vanity, microwave sat on tiny kitchen table leaving hardly any room to eat, no divider to separate bed from common area, no kitchen steak knives but they brought us one. They just reopened in Dec2025 so still working out some stuff that needs done. Staff was all very friendly & it was clean. Good enough for price.」
