Staff is fantastic - as are the accommodations. However we paid for and booked an ocean view room, at additional cost and adjusted our travel dates to reserve it. Upon arrival we were given a room on the second floor which was completely blocked by the vegetation. When we complained we were told that back of the house is ocean view - whether it is or not. Other than that - which was a big disappointment - we had a great time

My 2nd time at the resort. Everything was great except our view of the ocean was obstructed because of the foliage on the dunes. Next time I’ll book an upper level.

Everything was very clean. Staff was excellent!! Washer and dryer worked well. Dishwasher and bedroom furniture older. We really have no complaints. Thanks for a great stay.

Let me start by saying that this property is nice and located right on the beach with a great pool area and clean updated units. However, I did book an oceanfront unit which costs more than partial view or pool view units and I had no view of the ocean. We were given a unit on the second floor and the trees blocked out view of the beach and ocean. When I spoke to the front desk they said there was nothing they can do because they are merely a management company for the time share and that all higher units were for timeshare owners. Although we did really enjoy our stay, we feel like Expedia and Resort on Cocoa Beach should not sell this unit at the same price as oceanfront units that actually allow you to see the ocean and beach. Otherwise, the resort was nice and the beach was beautiful.

Nunca me había tocado estar un hotel que no puedas dejar las maletas encargadas al hacer el check out: La propiedad está bien, pero al momento de salir la manager fue muy grosera, no nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas un momento para ir a desayunar al hotel de junto, en este hotel no hay restaurante y no permitía dejar las maletas 1 hr para ir a desayunar.
