We stayed in the main part of the hotel (which I think is the oldest part) which was OK. We were only staying two nights so I assume that’s where the quick turnover stays because from speaking to people with past experience they said they’ve never stayed in that area. Everything was fine- we weren’t at the hotel much because we had a lot to do and were visiting friends- plus the weather was freezing so we couldn’t make use of a lot outdoors. My one major grip and reason I’d probably never return was the fact that when asking for 4 clean towels (shower towels) we’re told to wash the ones we were giving on the first day. I’m sorry but what?? I’ve stayed at the most low budget places in my lifetime and if I asked for clean towels I was supplied them. I don’t want to do laundry on my vacation let alone the hotels laundry. I thought this was absolutely absurd. Luckily we had gone back down and spoke to a reasonable agent at the desk who said the policy was crazy and made sure we were given some fresh towels. What a policy for a hotel that isn’t by any means cheap and charges resort fees. Oh and the carpets in the hall were filthy. With all the money they’re saving on maid service (no beds were made, room never serviced) you’d think they’d put a little into sprucing up the place.

You start the trip being borderline harassed as its a timeshare property that I was not made aware kf what so ever. The amount I paid just to be pushed into a 2 hour presentation. You get handed keys and are told they arent active until you speak with the marketing person at the desk behind you. They called me at my room less than 24 hours after that. Plus no wifi during my entire stay

They invited us on a tour. When we went to attend that tour. They said that they don’t allow people from our origin to Tour. That was a clear discrimination. We protested and checkout right away. We complained Expedia about it and Expedia told us that they can’t do anything. So Expedia supported an hotel in discrimination.

Staff not friendly. You walk by people and they don’t acknowledge you. We were there with our two daughters who still use a stroller. No self opening doors to any of the restaurants, amenities or coffee shops. Hard to get around. At check out which is 10am The cleaning staff came at 9:30 banging on our door. Told them we are still here till 10 as we had to get the kids ready. They stood outside our door just waiting for us to leave as if we were the ones in the wrong. Overall good spot for kids but don’t expect great service.

Pool was clean the floor outside of master bedroom near the return was bad there was a dip in the floor, felt like a couple of holes were in the floor covered by the linoleum flooring.

I would to give more stars but there were issues. While I am thrilled to see improvements being made around the property, the villa we were in, the stairs were being worked on. The stairs appeared to be some type of metal, and we had to deal with a lot of banging and drilling. That part of the building should have not had guests. Imagine trying to get your 6 month old grandson down for a nap while all of that noise sounds like it is INSIDE your villa?! We weren't even warned that construction was going on in the building were staying in, so it was a complete disappointment to hear drilling and banging throughout our stay. I mentioned it and nothing was done as far as compensation or moving us to a quieter room. I received an apology and "we'll talk to the construction guys." It is good to know that this does not have daily turn down service, cleaning, etc for the duration of the stay. We were able to wash our towels with the washer and dryer inside our villa. Just a minor inconvenience. The mini golf that is located at the fun zone was painfully hilarious to play. It is rubberized turf, so the ball went EVERYWHERE except the hole. For serious mini golfers, save yourself the pain, go to the one located at the front of the resort, not at the fun zone. The lazy river is heated and was wonderful. We very much enjoyed it. Very relaxing. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with 7 adults and an infant. Spacious enough to accommodate everyone without the pullout sofa.

Perfect hotel for a family stay! Spacious rooms, very clean. The location was convenient for shopping and Disney. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

We will never come back to this place. Reasons: - this place is huge and no clear instructions on where to go to check in - check in process was lengthy as you had to pass through several desks before they give you the room keys as they will try at every possible opportunity to sell you timeshare - comforter smells pee until requested a change of new linen - floor was sticky like it wasnt mopped for months - shower room is tight - average room condition, didnt feel comfortable and clean enough - difficult to navigate to the room - rep mades several early calls in the morning to try to get you attend the timeshare presentation - dont get trapped with their timeshare Pros: - spacious rooms - parking in front of room Definitely not a great stay. There are many other better options in orlando

Staff was courteous and very welcoming! We usually stay at WDW resorts but after seeing all the amenities, the lazy river, numerous pools and hot tubs, it’s safe to say I will be making this place my first choice any time we’re doing stuff in this area!

Our checkin experience was incredibly inconvenient! Upon arrival to the room we were assigned we found another family was already occupying the room. The resort is expansive and had to go all the way back to registration to get a new room, which I was told to go to resort services - they were closed - went back to the desk and was told to go to another desk. Got to the new room and found we had no parking pass. Made another trip to the registration building to get that. By the time all of this was sorted it was dark and our kids were upset. Tried to go play putt putt and the employee told us they were closing early because no one was there to play even though we wanted to play. Needless to say we left the resort to play putt putt. The room was clean and spacious, but I have no plans to return. Thankfully we only stayed a couple of days as a pass through spot.

The condos are extremely dated. There was a moldy odor, the fridge made a constant knocking sound, and overall it was rusty and dusty. With a complex that massive it does rub me the wrong way that towels for the pool are $25 per towel you misplace vs getting your towels at the pools and returning them before you leave the pool. It’s also $9 to use a tube in the lazy river. And the tv is cable and dvd only. It’s 2026, if nothing else let’s upgrade to smart TVs. The positives… the condo is spacious. You do technically have a working kitchen and there are many pools to pick from. Since the property is large there is a shuttle to take you around. They did have a huge firework show for the Fourth of July.

This location is one of the best resorts I’ve been in America. They have everything for the kids,adults, and all seniors. This property was clean and the staff was phenomenal. I would recommend this location for any family or family reunions. The rooms was spacious and did not feel like you were in a motel or a hotel individual room. The restaurants was reasonably priced and the food was great. We will definitely be going back.
