When we arrived we had a few issues with the house and pool. We addressed front desk and they went out of their way to make us very happy and made our trip even more enjoyable. Front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. The water park was fun for the kids, the house we had was great, had a full arcade and pool/hottub. About 25 min from the Disney parks. Great location and about 10 min to target, Walmart and Publix. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would most definitely go back.

This was our second time using the resort. This time the floor had big stains all over the place which made it unpleasant and gave the feel of not being clean. Amenities are nice. Complimentary breakfast is very limited. Staff was nice.

Large home. Beautiful backyard and pool /spa area. Tastefully decorated. Sparsely stocked kitchen. The resort itself is beautiful. The clubhouse has a very nice cafe & restaurant . The waterpark is large and has fun slides. Very helpful staff. We would definitely recommend it. If you are doing a lot of cooking & hosting, be prepared to stock things; this rental is sparsely stocked. But sufficient.

For the price, it is actually nice. You get exactly everything was immaculate. Makes you wanna purchase a new home. Great for the family everybody had enough space definitely book it again

The house itself was beautiful the pool area could use a little updating if comparing to our neighbors but overall the experience and the stay was great thinking of booking my nieces bridal shower at this location.
