I arrived on Monday, and asked for an upgrade to my room as I needed a tub and fridge. I didn’t realize the room i had only had mini fridge and only shower. I am traveling with a toddler. Tuesday i bathed my son, and then left to the park. I returned Tuesday evening to only smell must in the room. I walked around the room, and the rug to the right of the tub was soaked. I called maintenance and he arrived. His thought was something to do with the jets from the previous person as i had not used the jets with my 3yr old. I woke up at 3am and the smell was so bad, i called again telling them there was no way this was normal or a jet issue and i needed someone there first thing in the morning. I left to another park, called on my return and they said the ticket was closed out and everything was all set. The rep said “they may have replaced the rug” lol clearly not a one day job- so I thought ok I’ll see when I return. I returned to the room smelling great, and a housekeeper leaving my room with cleaning supplies. Thursday morning I woke up to another day, another smell. Called them first thing in the morning, and
