"Great service and great location. The rooms are very nice as well spacious enough for four people. The valet service could improve, though, as you always have to approach them versus them approaching you Lots of restaurants, nearby and lots of people walking the streets. Felt very safe. There’s also a mall connected to the hotel."

"This hotel was the complete opposite experience from Yotel hotel—absolutely excellent. The property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The staff members were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The only small downside is that the pool is a bit on the smaller side, but that did not take away from the experience at all. I would definitely recommend Novotel Miami Brickell and would happily stay here again. "

Customer service was exceptional—10 out of 10. And the bed… wow. Truly the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. While it is on the expensive side, the experience makes it completely worth it."
