"Loved the room since it was two spaces. We were happy they offered breakfast and would have liked time to use the pool. Our flight was late so we did not get in until 1am. Called for complimentary shuttle and was told it comes every 30 minutes. We saw other hotel shuttles more than once. Our shuttle finally came after over an hour and the hotel receptionist was not very helpful when we would ask where the shuttle was. Once we got to the hotel no one was at the receptionist desk and we just wanted to go to sleep. We used the shuttle offered through the hotel to the cruise port. That was overpriced and chaotic. We should have gotten an Uber instead. We really did like the room. 3 sinks is a lot but the room was nice. "

"Messages I sent the hotel before arrival about the free shuttle were not answered. The shuttle only runs hourly and is hard to pick up from the airport (but easier from hotel to airport) - some people gave up and paid for taxis. The room was pretty basic with tired decor. But bed was comfortable and there was a decent hot shower. "
