「First time at Excellence Maharas, and we spent the day on the beach. The service from Josue and Floricel was outstanding friendly, professional, attentive, and incredibly fast. They treated us with genuine kindness and made the entire experience feel special. Our room was excellent as well comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. 「We loved our stay here - it was so relaxing and the perfect place for couples to enjoy. The resort was beautiful and everything was very clean - we loved our room. Only thing is we were supposed to have an ocean view but mostly were facing the water park next to the property. The food was great - the beach/pool menu was our favorite as well as Seasalt the rooftop restaurant.
