「Do not stay here! We booked 3 nights here, 1st we arrived the door to our room was wide open, the room was not clean there was paint on the sheets, a pubic hair in the drawer, & the bathroom smelled of sewage as soon as you turned the fan on, in the morning we told reception about the issue and we recorded the whole conversation to which she called the owner & come to find out that room was not supposed to be booked at all for that issue & they had overbooked their hotel & put us in a room that...

「Super vue sur l’océan et accès facile à la promenade qui le longe. Les plages sont à 5-10 mins de marche dépendant si on choisi d’aller du côté Est ou Ouest de l’île. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée. Seul bémol - le peu de pression dans la douche. 」

「This house is wonderful. The view of the waves is amazing. The property is clean. The kitchen supplies were underwhelming but adequate. The coffee pot wasn’t working so we bought a new one. Microwave didn’t quite heat up so we just use the stove top. We had planned on eating out most meals anyways so many great local restaurants nearby. And the best of all is Camelo the local dog that’s been his days at this house. 13 out of 10 for sure!!!」

「Villa Elena lives up to all the 5 star reviews it receives. Value for the money, cleanliness, staff, comfortable bed, A/C etc. etc. If there's another or better place at this price point I'd love to know. If I'm ever back in Isla Mujeres, I'll be definitely staying here. 」
