We found this place to be a hidden gem, right in the heart of the town. Location was perfect- everything was a short walk away. The property manager and his wife do an amazing job. He was very helpful and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the north! Simple walk to/from the ferry. A cafe next door. Cart rental and money exchange across the street. A couple blocks from north beach. A block off the Main Street Hildago so it’s quiet (but no direct ocean view). Kitchenette is great. They offer complimentary beach towels and beach chairs for use. One small concern is that although secure, the room doors require a key to get in AND out. Estefan was great at the front desk! One of our new favorite places!

El paraíso, los departamentos están en el centro, todo a menos de 5 minutos andando, tanto a la plaza del centro, al super aki, al ferry, a playa norte y playa centro, arriba buena piscina, para hacerse el desayuno las cocinas muy bien, y para comer y cenar está toda la parte del centro a 5 min andando, lleno de restaurantes, aires acondicionados perfectos, para larga estancia merece la pena la comodidad

kitchen issues: Kitchen faucet was loose. Repair was attempted by maint, but did not last (missing parts/washers under counter I am guessing). Made due. Next, pipes under the sink began leaking, one due to rubber seal on upside down (fixed that myself). The other sink was cross threaded (also fixed it myself), but the plastic piping is the inexpensive type and continued with a slow drip. Placed a towel under drip, informed building supervisor. Next was there were no mixing or storage bowls etc. Supervisor provided one which helped, plus we used a "decorative" ceramic one from the kitchen island, then one soup bowl (good thing we did not do any entertaining). There were also uneven numbers of serving sets. 2 bowls, 3 plates, 3 side plates. Guessing previous guest broke them, and they were not replaced. Recommend Corelle dishes as they definitely do not break as easy as porcelain/stoneware/ceramic. Ceiling fan on balcony did not work, but not a big deal as we did not spend much time out there. AC in condo worked fine. Stuff that was good was the clothes drying rack along with 2 beach chairs and a clothes washer in the condo. Our friends (who were in the other side of the building owned by a different owner) were jealous. The roof pool was great for city/street views, tanning, card games etc. Floaty toys were also up there so did not need to bring any. Good thing one of our friends had a room on 5th floor so we could use their wifi. Otherwise, no wifi up there. Rm wifi good.

The people were so kind and helpful. The space was very clean and peaceful. The pool on the roof was nice and perfect temperature! Loved every bit of it. Would highly recommend.

This place was great! The men at front desk were always so nice and helpful! The condo was very clean and newly renovated! Loved it had a kitchen and washer! It was pretty much in the middle. So was walking distance from ferry and the beach!
