You get what you pay for

Good place for the $. Great AC. Fridge was very cold. Great ceiling fan. Water got very hot. Maybe more hooks to hang wet things. Another mirror. More pillows. A dresser. The bar, restaurant and staff were excellent. The outside road noise is an issue. It can get loud while trying to sleep

The rooms and property are no frills basic needs which is ok and suited us just fine. The onsite bar has pretty decent food. But the noise is terrible. The bar patron traffic travels thru the room corridor, and everyone knows how considerate people are when they're drunk. Add to this the road noise and the gate that clangs all night in the wind. If you like to stay up late,.some of this might not be an issue. After 11 the drunks are gone and youll only have to deal with the clanging gate.

The hotel is very reasonable for it's price....so if you can deal with no beach access, so so food (in fact bad fish), so so service, interesting people, and noise from the bar, the. This is place is fine.

Josh was so very helpful. The atmosphere was calm and very intimate. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Our favorite part was the pool which didn't have closing hours. The rooms were cold and air-conditioned upon our arrival (which was wonderful!) Wish would have stayed longer!

We stayed in Room #2, which is near the road. The room was both LOUD (from street traffic all night long) and BRIGHT (the shades don't keep out the light), so I never slept. The pillows were hard as rocks.

NOT recommended

This hotel is EXTREMELY noisy so if you are planning on sleeping through the night go elsewhere. The room is right on the edge of the main road on the island, you can hear every single vehicle passing by. In addition, there is also a bar at the back of the hotel and their clients are not considerate so you can hear their noise too. There is no proper reception so the rooms are right in the middle of all this. I did not feel safe either, anyone passing by can reach the room door. The door lock is not great either. The last night was truly bizarre and infuriating: some men were tasked with setting up a large screen in the garden and they decided to cut wood to make a frame for it at around 11h30 pm with an electric saw. It was like being on a building site! Then they got back to it at 2h30 AM!!! I had to get out of bed to tell them to stop. I just cannot understand how the manager thinks it's acceptable to disturb guests with building work in the middle of the night!!! I was incensed and could not sleep afterwards. The people carried on talking until gone 3.30. I know, I could hear everything. I will be contacting hotels.com to address this. I had a horrible stay. And don't believe the reviews about the food, it is pretty mediocre. Location is awkward, too far from the activity hubs in the North and South, on the side of the road that is the axis between both ends of the island.

Cooles Hotel außerhalb Playa Norte

Schönes kleines Hotel etwas außerhalb von dem turbulenten Playa Norte. Mit dem Golfcart in knapp 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich, Bar & Restaurant TOP!, Zummer sauber und gepflegt und geräumig! Wir würden es wieder buchen!!
