「I would not go back and would not recommend this place. The rooms were very basic, the service and food were below average. Some staff members at the restaurants were rather rude. The water in all pools was dirty, doesn't look like it gets changed very often. During the check-in we were told that we are getting a free upgrade and will be in an ocean-view room. When we got to our room, it was NOT an ocean view. The beach was okay. I have been to other Riu resorts before, and this is the worst of...

「It’s aged but the staff works hard to make you feel comfortable. Beds are hard. AC in the room is top notch. Rooms are fine. Waterpark is rundown a bit. Water smells bit foul. You won’t go hungry but u won’t remember anything u ate either. Overall it’s very good for the price」

「The hotel is fine, but they need to provide hair dryers in the rooms and stock coffee, creamer, and sugar like other hotels do. Although reception is supposed to open at 7:00 AM, there is no one available to provide information or answer questions until 2:00 PM, as the staff in the office only attend to the restaurant area; otherwise, the hotel is in good condition.」

「Beautiful place with nice rooms. Small but very convenient with very helpful and friendly staff. The Beach Club connection was a big plus. Minor areas of improvement are a watercooker for tea (for international guests) and a more divers breakfast instead of only pancakes.」

「Loved our stay at Nautibeach! The Mayan restaurant there was very good. Really nice location to stay in as well. Within a 5 min walk you’re already near lots of restaurants and shops. Pool was always kept very clean. Definitely recommend. I had a garden view.」
