Pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are paid for, or bots. We didn't even stay long enough to fund out about their food after both of the 'premium' suites we booked had black mold. They offered to move us after seeing the mold, apparently for the first time. The next room they offered us was just as bad. We booked at another resort and took 2 ubers to move our family of 8. Now we have to see if we can get reimbursed. I'd highly recommend finding a different resort before spending any money here.

Amazing resort for families. The water park is cute. Amazing little beach. The photographer on the beach was phenomenal. The difference in sides is weird. If you’re on the main building; the rooms are stunning and comfy. The side across the road where we were; I will say the rooms are not awesome. The beds felt like a rock. Super sore from those. We did expect more traditional Mexican food options at the resort but; that’s ok. They have to cater to everyone. The massage therapist though; I wouldn’t recommend. You lay sans clothing, and he gets VERY CLOSE to “areas”. He did “accidentally” touch my.. area… . He did stop when I moved and voiced my concern though. So there’s that. The shows were okay but not spectacular. Not much food variety. All excursions are quite far away. We will stay elsewhere next time but; a nice place all around .

En el buffet tardábamos mucho en recibir atención de algún mesero. Todos tenían excelente disposición pero había muy poco personal y no era suficiente. Do not go here!! Rude staff, Julio especially very disrespectful. Place is worn down, moldy and nasty rooms, terrible disgusting same food everyday, water park is even worse and ran down. Wifi barely works, no entertainment, terrible drinks, they scam you and try to upcharge you when checking in. Stay away!!!

The food at this place is absolutely terrible! Drinks are watered down… Rooms out dated and not the cleanest. We would never go back! You have to give them your drivers license or passport to get towels for the tiny little pool or the beach and the tried to tell us we needed to pay $25 because we didn’t return our 5 towels, very few of the staff speaks English and they obviously couldn’t count either! We did like that it was quiet and we had no problems getting chairs, and the beach is small but relaxing and pretty. Our kids enjoyed the water park and the basketball court ( luckily we had brought our own ball because the resort didn’t have one) As a family we had a wonderful vacation and just decided to spend extra money on leaving the hotel at night to eat. Costas next door is a wonderful restaurant five it a try!

The location is absolutely unmatched, rooms are steps away from the Caribbean ocean. The views are absolutely spectacular. Amenities and activities are minutes away from ferry rides to Isla Mujares, boat club, downtown etc. There is even a water park to kid the kiddos occupied. The resort itself is on per with resorts in it's class. I will say that this was our second trip to Cancun. The food in this resort is much more flavorful and authentic compared to other resort. It is an older building, but the rooms are spacious (we stayed in a family suite), plenty of room for us. Our room opened up to the beach which was amazing. The guests in this resort were mostly families and a very international crowd.

I dont like a lot of thing , not good food, t A many mosquito bite my kids is horrible mosquito, the waiters ignore the customers and everything bad, test food, just egg for breakfast, luncn and dinner just two plates chiken amd fish or beef and hotdog. I dont like nothing, the wather park fpr kids all is very old all rusty, nothing like the pictures that i see online, for all inclusive very nad, not snack at night, not coffee, just one restaurant buffet and all the bar in the poor nothing good, i dont recomended any body

Bueno, me tocó la habitación 108, la señora de la Limpieza. Excelente condiciones de la habitación, buena pero sofá-cama y las camas regular aire acondicionado, bueno en comedores un poco caliente, ambiente de atención. Buena gracias

The staff were amazing! Mario, Armando, Julio... Those are my shout outs! You are welcomed, anything you need they are willing to assist and always professional and friendly. I visited friends at high end resorts and you can not beat the kindness of the staff at this resort!

Entertainment needs updating. Not alot of info was given about other outer activities from staff. Their bar needs more variations and they kept running out of soda pop for kids. The building its self needs some updating too. We loved the food and pool area.

las opciones de comida no hay muchas, en el bufet llegar te ofrecen otras opciones con costo para darte prioridad al hacer el chekin, son habitaciones ya algo viejas. la regadera al tener tinas se sale el agua e inunda el baño

El personal al llegar trato de engañarnos en ofrecernos vista al mar algo que no le vi sentido porque por eso no lo coji desde antemanos, una el zargazo y otra que vivo frente al mar y no le veo sentido, y se molesto oal yo no aceptarlo. Tambien yo dedicaria un dia completo a mi hijo en el parque de agua algo que no fue asi me obligue a ir a otro lugar y pagar por eso ya que el parque de agua no cumple con las reglas de sanidad, el agua nada de cloro tenia. Y tambien estaba casi por caerse. Como se todo tuviera pega, fue espantoso, el unico servicio que nos gusto fue el del cuerto. Fue un gran servicio pero de lo demas nada que ver.
