"7/5/2025 Check-in & front desk service was knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful. Including WiFi password, breakfast & check-out hours with key cards was brilliant, as well as the QR code on TV table for programmed channel guide!!! Smart detail!! Breakfast crew was somewhat behind in replenishing food, but responded promptly when asked to do so. Room was clean & firm beds were super comfortable! Highly recommend. Will stay again."

"It goes without saying that the property is exquisite. The accommodations are phenomenal. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. However, the one aspect of our stay that stood out repeatedly was the interaction with the staff. Unfortunately we can only give a 1-star review. When we checked in - the front desk kept answering the phone while we were trying to check in. It was very off-putting. When he finally did attend to us, it felt like his mind was someplace else because he kept repeating himself and talking with the other staff member. When we checked out, the front desk attendee did not ask whether we enjoyed our stay, if there were any problems, what room we were in, etc. It was a very hurried and non-personal experience. A word to management: a quick re-training for front staff in customer service and interaction might be in order. Other than that - the property speaks for itself. This property might benefit from self-check-in service. "

"I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been consistently clean. The buildings are on the older side with minimal updates but still a very nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Check in is very fast and easy. The area is quiet and safe. "

"This property has not been updated in a long time. This had to be amazing in its day. Geese are all over and poop in the water so we couldn’t swim in the lake. There’s a fee for the fire pit. No food or drinks due to lack of staff. No coffee or microwave in room, no hot tub. But… great staff, pool great, nice on first floor facing lake (chairs provided to sit outside, upgraded for free, price was very reasonable for we got, clean room, bed ok, excellent food locations nearby. We would stay again over night. "

"Staff was fabulous! Accommodations were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Location is not the best( one way in ) but it was less than a mile away from Amherst. I would definitely stay there again!! Five stars"
