「It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.」

「It is very basic accommodations. The bathroom and shower are extremely small. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. The remote control for the AC did not work at all. There was a vent hose from the AC unit to the outside via the window that was held in place by duck tape that was not sticking properly allowing humid air into the room. The wifi worked. No other amenities were used by us so we do not have strong feelings about them. My husband had to clean one of the glasses...
