" The service was friendly and had a warm, homey feel. The place itself is beautiful and has a charming, unique character due to its age. My husband would have liked to see omelets or scrambled eggs offered at breakfast—he missed having the typical warm breakfast we usually enjoy at bed and breakfast places. "The Rajah Room was absolutely beautiful and had a claw foot bathtub right in it. The room was comfortable and very clean. Patrick and Adele were accommodating and friendly. The floors are thin because the building itself was a barn at one point, but as long as you (or your neighbors) aren’t making a ton of noise you should be okay!"

"wonderfully restored old mansion. Rooms were charming... nicely designed. In fact the entire facility has been thoughtfully brought into today's design standards. Very accomodating staff... although many appeared to be a training mode. Need to improve the professionalism a bit. They have a new general manager (had only been there about 2 weeks when we visited)... seems he has a number of things on his agenda that will improve the property even more. Food was good... but not wonderful. ...
