「Great location in Brookline. Property is around the corner from Beacon street and the Summit green line T station. About 20 minute ride on T to downtown. Parking must be reserved in advance (only 2 spots behind building) for $50 a day. We looked at other lots nearby but they were $70 per day. Floors creak and walls are thin so you can hear neighbor walk, talk and get ready in the morning. Bathroom is tight and desk is very small. Common area seating, kitchen and laundry are nice. ...

「There only a few things I require from a hotel. Hotel Maverick Suites at 40 are clean, quiet and reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay there immensely. A bonus was their convenient location.」

「There is a lot of bait and switch. The bed was a Murphybed out of the wall. Like sleeping on a bored with poor sheets and thin blankets that don’t fit the bed. No air condition. There is only One chair on the rear balcony.To sit on to enjoy the view that I paid for. This place had one thing gone for and that was it proximity to the water and the view. Outside of that I feel I’ve been ripped off an Expedia should be embarrassed to list this. Think twice, Expedia.」
