「We have stayed at the BML numerous times over a span of four years. We originally found the BML through Expedia and have been returning every time we are in the Berkshires. We keep returning for two simple reasons: #1- the pristine condition of the property and our individual room (and we’ve stayed in many different rooms) #2- the value - the cost to stay at the BML is very good considering for excellent condition of the property and its proximity to all that the Berkshires have to offfer」

「Starlight has a great location, that’s what drew me to the property. Stayed for two nights for July 4th weekend. What threw me off most was when I arrived to check in (hours after check in began)… I got the key, and the room hadn’t been cleaned and the front desk clearly doesn’t check. The woman at the front even stated that no one was in it last night so it appeared their cleaner forgot to clean it. I had to wait about 35 minutes for I believe the owner or owners husband to clean the room. This...
