「Beautiful property very family oriented, staff were very helpful and friendly. Property had plenty of things to do on property. Close to every park in Orlando and easy to get around. Resort was busy but not overcrowded, pool was nice and clean. 」

Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that
But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out
