"We were charged an additional $100 for a reservation fee upon arrival. (not a refundable deposit) The room is "refreshed" once every 4 days additional cleaning may be an extra charge (towels and soaps can be requested). The property is a mix of indoor and outdoor entry rooms over 6 buildings. None of the property feels clean and neat... everything feels thrown together. The staff was kind and personable."
