"Hotel and room were VERY clean and check in was quick and easy. The staff is very polite and friendly and go out of their way to help, especially the young lady in the Bistro cafe. The only issue I had was the microwave in the room didn’t work, but we didn’t find this out until our last night when we went to use it. It was much too late for the staff to do anything about it at that point but when we let the front desk know the next morning while checking out, they got right on it. The only other thing, though not an issue really, was the price of items at the Bistro restaurant. $17 for a burger smaller than one in a McDonald’s happy meal, and $12 for a glass of wine was ridiculously overpriced to me! Especially when the wine was not top shelf and a whole bottle could be purchased anywhere for less than the price of one glass. So, great, clean hotel with great service, just eat and drink elsewhere or byob."

"Beautiful room, except my socks and feet were filthy from the floor. Had trouble twice with my room key and had to wait outside. I was there 2 1/2 days to join my son. He went on the 90 minute tour and they wouldn't stop pressuring him to buy. He was gone 5 hours! As I sat waiting for him alone. The pool chairs fill up fast because people get down there early and save many chaises along with a table. Then no one shows up.to sit in them for a couple hours. A lot of walking especially to the adult pool. No body lotion in rooms.Everything is overpriced."
