While less than ideal, we still slept in comfort (and we were thankful we got a room at all after all the flight issues). As soon as another room opened we switched over. The staff was great. Both rooms were clean. The second room was much quieter."

"This hotel was just for one night, and we don’t plan to return. We were first placed in a room where the refrigerator was old and very noisy. Later, the front desk staff member was very polite and allowed us to change rooms, which was better. However, the floor and the bathroom sink were visibly dirty. In the hallway near the elevator, there were pans left out, as if someone had been cooking and just left them there. The elevator was very old and honestly a bit scary to use. The hallway also smelled bad like cigarette smoke mixed with other odors."
