"This resort really needs a couple big hot tubs. I just visited in March and it was a little cool. Even with a mildly heated pool, it would’ve nice to relax in a public hot tub down by the pool. They should put one on each end. "

"Worst condition of room, inside room carpet was wet, stinky smell in room, bedding was not properly washed, comforter was smelling bad and very itchy on the skin. I am gold elite member of bon voy. I complained but they refuse to give me refund or any free nights. This is not a standard of four point Sheraton at all…..not a Marriott standard at all. Room was like motel 6 kind category. Very very disappointed. Mold on the ceiling inside room near bathroom entrance. "

"Overall, this hotel is definitely an option for Orlando, FL. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I love the proximity to the park. The rooftop pool and bar was nice but it needs a little TLC. The windows need some cleaning and behind the bar was cluttery. Overall, the bar staff was professional and the rooftop pool was a vibe. I would revisit again. "
