"The bedsheets and towels were smelly . Our rooms were in the corner. There is smoke smell in the corridors just outside our room. When attempted to call front desk, phone was not working. I travelled with kids and family and did not feel comfortable at all staying in this place. Price is certainly cheap! This is my experience. I vacated 1 day earlier than my intended stay. . "

"Pros-Great staff! Great location to Universal/Islands/Epic/Volcano shopping and dinning. Clean rooms. Cons- parking was terrible. You had to fight to get parking after dark because of the roof top bar and restaurant in main lobby."

Very rude staff Very unfriendly Bedding was full of hair(totally not washed bedding) Bathroom had hair all over the floor!!!! Would never ever stay here even if it was free!!!!! Went to the desk to address problems with our room and we’re treated very horribly and would not refund our money and because we move the sheets to check to see if they were clean. They said we use the room.. "
