"Clean room and nice staff"

"Pillow was dirty, room smelt bad, didnt get restock of clean shower towels. Pool floaties are over priced and worthless. Wouldnt stay there again. "

"Stayed 5 days for work. The Hotel was very run down and many things did not work. For example, the lobby furniture had large holes in it, one elevator did not work and the out of order sign looked quite old. The elevator that was in use was barely working. The door was messed up and had a hard time opening and closing and was extremely slow, sometimes not even fully closing. Ice machines didn't work and had to go to different floors to find one that did. The hot tub, that we planned to use, was not working and appeared to have been that way for a long time. One of the mattresses on the bed was sunken in the middle. On the plus side the other bed was very comfortable. The room was fairly clean, and the TV worked well with good channels to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was meager and and very poor quality. The staff at the hotel were very nice, helpful and accommodating. "

"Nice and up to standards with other SpringHill Suites. Only downside is the breakfast closed at EXACTLY 9:30 (weekday). The breakfast staff swooped in and closed it down like a pit crew. 30 seconds & it was ALL gone. "

"This resort was on point. Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. This is a big resort. And lots of pools around and so much space to stroll and see the beauty of it all. The island at night is Spectacular Food at the restaurant was amazing "

"The property from pictures looked like a nice place to stay. The lobby looks wonderful but once we got placed in our room it was completely different. The room was very musty and smelt like dirty socks. I went down to get a new room for the 5 of us and the only thing they had at the time was a room with a king bed. We ended up getting a room the next day that was renovated but only a king bed and one pull out couch for the 5 of us. It was better than the dated room but still nothing I would return to. The sheets on the bed were dirty sheets and just not that great of quality for being recently renovated. My kids did really enjoy the pool and water park area but still does not make it worth booking there again. Do not recommend."
