We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a studio suite, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We only had a problem with the hot water on the last night but we let the staff know so they could correct the problem. Overall I would def recommend staying there, especially for long family trips as the onsite amenities are great.

All staff we dealt with were excellent. The suite was ok, comfortable and pretty clean. The air handler was very noisy. The Resort should offer some type of shuttle service to area restaurants, shopping and attractions.

This condo was not our first choice. I had originally booked something else however I was notified of a flooding issue so Expedia rebooked us here. When I arrived to the lobby I had very high hopes. The staff was great, the lobby was beautiful and check in was quick and easy. The room it’s self was clean but it’s very outdated. All the furniture and decor seems to be from the 90s. The mattress were very firm for us. Thankfully we were only staying two day. The pull out sofa beds definitely need new mattress. They have seen better days. I would not recommend anyone sleeping on them. The small pools were nice… But nothing special. We did not do the water slides because they were $25 per person is absolutely ridiculous. The property did have a small food court. We had the pizza on the first night and it was very good. We played bingo one evening out in the courtyard (it was free to play) the prizes consisted of small gumball size bouncy balls and kiddy straws lol. The game room was fun and is a pretty decent size. They also have duck bowling. Of course these things you have to pay to do. Overall the stay was just okay. But could for sure use a face lift. Also Keep in mind this is a time share location.

I stayed in a studio villa with was pretty nice. The huge patio and jacuzzi were a nice touch. The room was right near the water. My daughter and I both enjoyed the waterpark. Having the restaurants, arcades, and other amenities on the resort were very convenient. The staff did offer rides on the carts to help navigate. However, once we gotta feel for the resort walking was not an issue. The staff did encounter were very nice. I would recommend and stay there again.

The apartment was fantastic with a wonderful view of the lake and the Disney fireworks every night! Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando honestly set the bar for us. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was hands down the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Every request we made was completed quickly and in an organized way. No chasing, no confusion, no attitude. Just smooth service. What really stood out was that the staff never once made us feel like we were bothering them. There was zero attitude, which unfortunately you do see at other hotels. Everyone was respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were always ready to assist. You can tell they actually care about the guest experience and take pride in what they do. This is easily our favourite hotel we’ve stayed at in Orlando and will 100 percent be our go to spot whenever we’re back. Highly recommend.

Staff: Qudir was exceptional, made our stay extra special. Our room was perfectly located on the property, view was amazing, and the campfire area is always our go to when on the property. 10 out of 10 we will definitely be back again
