"The hotel was being renovated and we didn’t know that was happening until we got there. The renovations were loud and most of the first floor was roped off due to the renovations. We didn’t have my body wash one day due to the staff not refilling the bottles . We had to wait outside our room for 25 minutes due to the battery dying on our keyless entry. We had to ask for staff to help us get into our room 3 times before someone came up to help us. "

"The room we had was renovated. Roomy, comfortable queen beds, 2 sinks, large closet area. Value was exceptional for the cost. The staff were very accommodating when something was needed. Especially the gentleman. Close to everything. The pool is ok although that is not why I pick a hotel. "

"The staff are the highlight of this property. Extremely friendly and helpful! The blinds definitely need to be replaced with curtains as the property lighting shines directly in your room because the blinds don’t cover the windows adequately. Also, the wifi is spotty at best so be sure you have a good cell program to give you data because relying on the wifi here won’t cut it. Lastly, the air conditioners are very rattly and loud so updating them would be great. However, it’s hard to complain. You’re in beautiful Orlando with gorgeous weather and all types of amenities around you. We traveled from NL so even these minor issues hailed in comparison to the 7ft of snow we have home. Thanks!"
