"It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do, "

"Awesome property, rooms are maintain beautifully. Neat & clean. Huge Tv, good view cool vibes nice surroundings. Not able to use the pool but feels like to jump in. Property is near to all Disney parks, they do have a guide help us to book the ticket for Disney & guide us through find nearby activities. Don’t need to mention about their breakfast. Delicious hungry man special service. We enjoy our stay at the hotel. It’s not what we see from outside. Property itself is very beautiful. I give 5*. Thank you for your hospitality. "The property and our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hotel complimentary breakfast. Close to shopping outlet malls and Universal parks. The only issue we encountered is the restaurant options nearby are not great and the hotel itself only has snacks for sale."

"The hotel was nice, but the room HVAC was so loud and the windows were so dirty that you could not even look out. We paid more for a high room for the view, but we could not see through the dirt. Also the water pressure was very low in the shower and the sink."
