"Room was nice and a good size for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids) the pull out wasnt the greatest in that the mattress was thin and you could feel the cross bar digging in your back all night. The pool was nice but needs to be cleaned more often. Staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and a great start to our long days a disney. The shuttle is NOT reliable. We got back to the parking lot at 11:05 and the bus left at 11:02. We left directly after fireworks. The next time we tried to get the shuttle it was not available to get after the fireworks so we had to Uber again. In total we ended up taking 5 Ubers to and from the parks due to buses not being available or leaving. We had to reserve it so I would have thought since it only came once that it would wait 10 mins for people that booked it."

"The only complaint was check-in. Check-in time is 3pm. I checked in on-line early (7am) and went to Epcot. Came back and verified in person around 1pm. At 3pm a room was not ready. 3:30p room was still not ready. Room was not ready until about 3:50pm. For the cost of a Disney deluxe resort your room should be ready at the advertised check-in time. To their credit a manager was apologetic and took steps to minimize the inconvenience. Other than the room not being ready the hotel was beautiful. Beautiful and easy walk to the Magic Kingdom if you want the peace and quiet of the nature walk. Being on the monorail track is also very convenient. Staff at all locations were very friendly and always smiling."

"The room was pretty clean, fresh towels. The toilet in the bathroom was so loose it looked like it was going to fall right off but I called the front desk and maintenance came up within 10 min and fixed it right away. The outlets in the room were the only issue. The usb connections - half didn’t work by the lamps and the regular plug outlets were loose. Def need to upgrade them esp add a USBC outlet. "
