"Bed and pillows are really bad. Housekeeping knocks on the door for cleaning when you're sleeping but they didn't provide do not disturb signs. The policy says it only cleans every 5 days, but they bothered us every day we were there. Outdoor amenities were great! Cleanliness was great. "

"I have zero complaints. Check in was smooth and fast, room was super clean and very spacious. The pool area was amazing, and so was the pool and bar itself. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly nice. I’d definitely stay here again, also it’s 15 min away from Disney which is awesome!"

"We checked in at 3:45 p.m. and had to wait almost two hours for a room to be ready. When we finally got our room, it looked just okay. I was pleased with the view since I had paid extra for it. However, the room needed significant updates, including the floor. The floor was so dirty that the kids’ socks were black, and the bathroom had a poop stain that had been there for who knows how long. To make matters worse, the master bathroom showerhead leaked at night. We didn’t get any towels in any of the bathrooms; only some raggedy old towels that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. I’m so disappointed with this place. I was expecting a 4-star hotel, not a cheap motel. For this being our first family trip to Disney, I was really hoping for a better experience."

"We had originally booked a 2BR but upon arrival they had issues with the AC in that particular room. The hotel staff emailed me the day before and made sure we had the appropriate accommodations for our party which was above and beyond what I’ve experienced at other properties. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."
