「The shuttle service is one of the reason I picked this hotel , however the shuttle transfer reservation system it’s a little bit messy. after I make a complaint. The hotel management has arranged the relevant service , however i realised that actually they didn’t do any check up regarding the confirmation, so basically is the backend third-party system gave me a lot of hassle 」

「Property is very close to Margaritaville & Island H2O Waterpark. Walking distance. Also many restaurants and shopping close by. Room was clean and very well stocked for cooking in room if preferres. Only downside was it has a small Keurig not a coffee pot. 」
